STEP 3 ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW
After we receive your completed file, you will be invited to an admissions interview session so we can see how we can support you. You will be contacted by the Admissions Office when your application is complete.
how to prepare for the interview
The admissions interview may be on campus or via Zoom and will take approximately 20 minutes.
ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW TIPS:
1. Always make a great first impression! Remember to introduce yourself and your parent(s) or guardian(s) to the interviewer.
2. Dress the part. You should be dressed ready to interview. Please do not wear jeans, sweats, or any athletic gear. Students may wear current school uniform.
3. Please arrive on time. All interviews have been given a specific time slot. Arrive at least 3 minutes ahead of your interview time so that you can check in through the front doors of the school or join the virtual interview link.
4. If you have any pending documents for your application, please turn them in before your interview. Team will be contact you if you are missing important parts of the admissions application.
5. The interview is only for the student and the parent(s)/guardian(s). All other family members are welcomed to wait in our foyer with the Admissions team.
6. Remember that this is the time for you to be vocal and let the interviewer know why you want to attend San Gabriel Mission High School.
