Requirements:
Ineligible for FAFSA (see above)
Undocumented student
Attended California high school for at least 3 years (exceptions apply)
Graduate or will be a graduate from a California high school

ITIN (student and parent(s)/guardian(s). You can usually find this in the tax forms
Gather any documents applicable:
Tax documents
Current bank account balances
Complete Application (March)
Receive aid amount (April)
