The NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity) is HUD's funding announcement and roadmap for the competition. It is not a project concept, program model, or grant application itself. Rather, it is HUD's statement of the outcomes, priorities, requirements, eligible activities, funding parameters, and selection criteria that communities must address through their applications.
6/17/2026- The Central Tennessee Continuum of Care (CoC) announces the availability of funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. The CoC is initiating its FY2026 Local Competition and invites eligible organizations to submit applications for renewal and new project funding.
