12.9.25 HUD has issued an announcement withdrawing the FY2025 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to allow time for revisions. Because the federal NOFO establishes the framework and requirements for our local competition, the Central Tennessee CoC will pause its local CoC competition process until HUD releases the modified NOFO.
In the meantime, we encourage all agencies to continue preparing and refining their applications so they are ready to move quickly once the competition resumes.
Once HUD publishes the revised materials, we will immediately review the changes, update our local timeline, and communicate the next steps. For now, please consider all current local deadlines temporarily suspended.
11/26/25- The Central Tennessee Continuum of Care announces the availability of grants to end homelessness. The CoC is accepting proposals for Transitional Housing, Supportive Services Only, Coordinated Entry and Homeless Management Information Systems (‘HMIS’). Projects with an emphasis of serving survivors of domestic violence are also a priority. The CoC encourages faith based and other organizations that have not previously received Continuum of Care Program Funding to apply for funds under this solicitation.
