Hello! I’m Heather Baugniet, the school counselor at OH Schultz Elementary. My husband Jeff and I live in Francis Creek with our two children Nolan and Emma. As a family we enjoy camping, watching movies, watching drag racing, Brewer games, bowling, and spending our summer weekends at our cabin in Green Lake. A few fun facts about me are that I used to drag race at Wisconsin International Raceway. That is how my husband and I met. We are also co-owners of the Badger Bowl in Mishicot. My family enjoys the opportunity to support the community.
Throughout my childhood I lived in Stockbridge, Wisconsin. Post high school I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development at UW-Green Bay. In May 2008, I completed my master's degree in School Counseling at Lakeland College. During my college years I worked as a line therapist for Fox Valley Autism and also in a group home. I then worked as an elementary and middle school counselor for the Reedsville School District for twelve years. Bringing joy and positivity into people’s lives is a passion of mine. I’m excited to see what this school year brings.
