Social Contract
Consequences for breaking Enrichment Social Contract
Student will be reminded of the social contract agreement
The 5 questions will be asked:
What are you doing?
What are you supposed to be doing?
Are you doing it?
What are you going to do about it?
What is going to happen if you break our social contract again?
Student receives an enrichment behavior note checking off the agreement not followed, parent must sign & return.
Parent phone call if note is not returned or 2 notes in a 6-weeks period.
Office referral = Parent conference

Blue Pass = Boys - Pink Pass = Girls
K/1st will go to blue hallway
2nd - 4th will go to your grade
Knock when you return, only teacher can open the door
