Lesson 1

Students will learn the rules and procedures of the Computer lab. We will also listen to a story called Arthur's Computer Disaster.

Lesson 5

Let's celebrate our creativity and ability to express ourselves! It's International Dot Day! We will watch the Dot and then create a Google Slide Deck with images about you. All About Me Dot Day

Today we will discuss digital citizenship and learn about the 3 Rings of Responsibility. When we're finished, we'll take a quiz on Blooket.

2nd Grading Period

Lesson 1

Today we will learn how to copy and paste images and text on a Google Doc. Click here for the lesson.

Lesson 3

Today we will listen to The Monster Under my Bed. After that, we will create a Monster using ABCya paint and finally type a story about the monster.

Lesson 1

We will research a physical process in science using Pebble Go. Then, we will create a presentation with what you learned in Google Slides.

Lesson 2

We will continue our unit on research and you will create a a Google Slide Deck about a historical figure from American history.

Lesson 3

We will continue our research unit and learn about narrowing your topic when you use a search engine. Watch this Ruff Ruffman video first. Then, complete Narrow Your Topic.

5th Grading Period

Lesson 1

Today we will use the design process and design the bedroom of our dreams, inlcuding a space to get exercise/recreation in. First, we will plan out our design on paper. Then we will use Minecraft EDU to build it!
