Class overview
8th Grade Science includes topics such as, science in practice, astronomy and chemistry as well as a review of the 6th and 7th grade state standards. We will work on skills such as problem solving, communication, and collaboration. We will not only prepare for the Florida State Science Assessment but also for future success in school and beyond.
About me
I am originally from Massachusetts where I earned a degree in Science from the University of Massachusetts. I have a Master's degree in Education from a very small college, right next door to Harvard University. My family moved to Florida 16 years ago and I have been teaching at middle schools in Lake County for the past 14 years. I love being a Mustang!!!
