Mrs. Bullen's superheroes
Hi!
My name is Mrs. Linda Bullen and I am your child’s first grade teacher! This is my ninth year here at Minneola Charter School. I am absolutely thrilled to be teaching at this amazing school. I am excited for all the learning and exploring we will do together in first grade!
I have a degree from both Lake Sumter State and Southern New Hampshire University. My fields of study were Early Childhood Education as well as Psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent growth and development. I love to teach all subjects but I have a passion for teaching reading. I love seeing kids fall in love with a story.
I am origanlly from Brooklyn, NY and moved to Florida in 1990. I am married to my husband Ben, for 29 years now. Together we are the proud parents of a son, Spencer (28), and entertainer at Disney and a daughter, Dillan (23) also a Disney Coordinator. We also have a standard poodle and a silkie (very much like a yorkie) at home. We all live in Clermont.
I am an avid scrapbooker/card maker/crafter. I enjoy sharing this love with my students throughout the year.
I am very excited to have your child in my classroom! I strongly believe that we are a team and that we can work together in a partnership to make a great difference in your child’s education. I am a communicator. I will be sending out an invitation to our class Dojo. This will be my main means of communication. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or if you just want to talk about your child’s education.
