Edit the document (tap pencil icon)
Tap at the end of the first line of your citation and tap the Return key
Tap the right indent icon (last icon on the toolbar) Note: If the toolbar is not present, tap the A in the upper right corner of the screen. Tap paragraph. The right indent should be the 2nd line, right icon. Tap center of the screen to exit paragraph mode.

Tap the text and Select all
Grab the entire indent marker (the triangle and the rectangle) and move it where you would like the 2nd line of the citation to start
Grab the rectangle and move it to the left, back to the margin where the 1st line of the citation will start
Click View and choose Show ruler
Click Edit and choose Select all
Grab the entire indent marker (the triangle and the rectangle) and move it where you would like the 2nd line of the citation to start

Click Edit and choose Select all
Click Format and choose Paragraph…
Make sure Indents and Spacing is highlighted at the top of the page
In the Indentation section, in the Special drop down, choose Hanging by 0.5”
Click OK
Click View and choose Show ruler
Click Edit and choose Select all
Grab the entire indent marker (the triangle and the rectangle) and move it where you would like the 2nd line of the citation to start
Grab the rectangle and move it to the left, back to the margin where the 1st line of the citation will start
Click on the 2nd line of the citation
Right click the mouse and choose Paragraph
In the Indentation section, in the Special drop down, choose Hanging by 0.5”
Click OK
PC NOTE: If you are using 0.5” indents you can use the following shortcut: click on the first line of the citation and then click CTRL T
