The Watertown Community Foundation established the Community Resiliency Fund to financially help people living in Watertown effected by COVID-19. Donations can be made online or by check to the Watertown Community Foundation-Community Resilience Fund P.O. Box 334 Watertown, MA 02471

Watertown Food Pantry

The Watertown Food Pantry is in need of food and monetary donations. Food donations can be dropped off from 9:00-2:00 on Tuesdays at 80 Mount Auburn St. Call the Senior Center for more information ( 617) 972-6490. To donate money send checks payable to Watertown Food Pantry and mailed to Watertown Senior Center, 31 Marshall Street, Watertown, MA 02472 or donate online through the Watertown Community Foundation linked above.

Stay out of any spaces that are closed. Don't gather in large groups, and stay 6 feet away from others.

Grocery Shopping

SNAP benefits in Massachusetts are distributed between the 1st and 14th of the month so there is no need to avoid shopping on the first few days of the month. However, not all groceries are eligible for benefits and if those eligible foods are gone they can't be substituted with something else. Save foods that are covered by SNAP benefits for people who need them and don't panic buy more than you need. More info...
