By downloading, installing, or using HD Camera: Digital Filter Cam (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
Subject to your adherence to these Terms, MINGYAN INDUSTRIAL (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.
All source code, software architecture, UI designs, visual filters, graphics, trademarks, logos, and digital assets within the App are the exclusive property of MINGYAN INDUSTRIAL (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
You retain 100% ownership and copyright over all photographs, videos, and media you capture, edit, or store using the App ("User Content").
We do not claim ownership, nor do we host or access your private photos or videos on external servers without your explicit action.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate applicable privacy laws, copyrights, or the personal rights of third parties.
You agree not to use the App:
To violate any local, national, or international statute or regulation.
To capture unauthorized images or audio recordings where prohibited by law or without individual consent.
To interfere with, disrupt, or damage servers, networks, or connected security mechanisms.
To deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers against the App.
The App may be provided free of charge supported by programmatic advertisements.
If optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are introduced (e.g., premium filters or ad-free versions), all billing transactions are handled directly through Google Play Billing and remain governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CAMERA PERFORMANCE, SENSOR COMPATIBILITY, OR FILTERS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL ANDROID HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINGYAN INDUSTRIAL (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE CORRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or revoke your license to use the App at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal action, controversy, or claim arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
