A learning management system (LMS) provides a teacher with a way to create and deliver content, monitor student participation, and assess student performance. It also provides students with a way to send and receive information back and forth to the teacher as well interactive features, such as threaded discussions, online quizzes, and discussion forums. In Mineola, we use several systems. Our PK-2 buildings use SeeSaw, Jackson Avenue and the Middle School use Google Classroom, and the high school uses Canvas.

As with any class assignment, it is always best to contact your child's teacher first. They will either know the answer or know where to get help for you and your child.
