Mitel Phones
Every teacher should have a Mitel Phone in their classroom
To call out, dial 9 first and wait for a dial tone
To call someone within the district, push the “Directory” button and then use the letters on the keypad to spell out their first or last name. For example, to dial “Armstrong” begin typing 276 and the directory will show possible matches. Then use the up and down arrows until you are on the name you want. Push the round button between the arrows to select that name.
If you have a voicemail message, your phone will have a red light at the top. To check your voicemail, push the “voicemail” button. Your password should be your extension number plus #. For example my extension is 3032 so I would enter 3023# for my password.
