Science Journal

The first thing you will do is create a Science Journal.  This can be done as a digital version or you can do it with paper.  In it you will include:

1. Team name and names of team members and date project started

2. Create a Table of Contents as you go

3. Write down what experiment you will be performing

4. Put page numbers at the top of each page

5. After reviewing ideas for your Mechanical Hand you will:

   1. Draw a design

   2. Write the steps you will use to create your Mechanical Hand

   3. Draw a diagram of what your hand will look like

   4. Record the process step by step as you build your hand.  If you need supplies not in your supply list make note of what additional supplies you used.  If you change the design, draw a new illustration.  

6. Record your observations as you build your design with the date at the top of each page.  You will create a new page for each observation.
