Cancellation Policy:
If you are needing to reschedule you appointment, please contact our office within 24 hours of your appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours a $50 fee will be charged to you account.
Late for Appointment Policy:
We understand that life can be busy and schedules don’t always go as planned. We make every effort to offer appointment times that are convenient and flexible for you.
To ensure that all clients receive the full time and attention they deserve, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Repeated late arrivals may impact your ability to continue services and could result in a referral to another provider or program.
No Show Policy:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide notice as soon as possible.
A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice. When a no-show occurs, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account.
Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to continue services and may result in a referral to another provider or program.
