Service Fee
Service Fee
Service Fees are to cover travel time to / from job site. They are calculated and charged on a case-by-case basis, and are separate from regular hourly labor charges which take effect between arrival and departure from customer's location.
Zone 1:
Up to 20 miles round trip
- and / or -
up to 30 minutes round trip travel time
Fee for Zone 1 is up to $50 / visit
(plus hourly labor rate)
Zone 2:
Up to 40 miles round trip
- and / or -
up to 60 minutes round trip travel time
Fee for Zone 2 is up to $100 / visit
(plus hourly labor rate)
Zone 3:
Up to 60 miles round trip
- and / or -
up to 120 minutes round trip travel time
Fee for Zone 3 is up to $200 / visit
(plus hourly labor rate)
Service Fee map is for approximation only, and to demonstrate our area of operation. Service fees will be assigned as actual time and mileage to the customer location on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Travel Surcharge
Additional Travel Surcharge
If additional parts or supplies are needed during a job, additional travel to a local parts retailer may be necessary. We do not charge for time away from the repair site, but we do charge $2 / mile for additional travel under these circumstances.

We reserve the right to charge fees to cover any additional costs necessary in the completion of a repair including but not limited to fees for consumables supplies, engine idle time, waste disposal, invoicing / administrative tasks, diagnostic software, etc.
