She has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Play Therapy Certification. Cierra believes in a counseling approach that is educational, creative, and supportive. She strives to assist children, adolescents, and young adults with meeting their goals for overall growth in life. Cierra’s treatment focus for mental health involves trauma focused therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Her approach also involves supporting families as a family unit. Cierra Davis is also the owner of Mindflex, LLC and enjoys assisting others with coping strategies that can assist people on learning how to become flexible with their minds.
