OpenLearn is The Open University's selection of free courses - There is quite a wide selection and for most you can access a certificate of participation at the end.
Future learn offers a selection of courses for free - Usually you are able to access content on a weekly basis but you may not recieve a certificate
Coursera offers some courses for free that you can access - This link should take you to this selection and does include some more in-depth computing courses
This is a great resource to be able to experience and access university level content for free from Massachusetts Institute of Technology a well known American University. Not as relevant for beginners in tech but for intermediate or specific information it is a great resource.

Free Code Camp is a free resource which you can even access aspects of without needing to log in. It offers more in-depth and specific programming knowledge such as Python, C#.

Another great free resource which offers online tutorials - You are able to get certificates via this but usually they have to be paid for.
One of the benefits of W3Schools is you can test out a lot of the code in their online environments so you don't need to install programming environments (or IDE's) to test your code

UKBlackTech - An organisation keen on making the UK the most diverse Tech ecosystem in the world - Has support and links to other providers.
Black Girls in Tech - Offer free bootcamps in a range of digital areas - Included is the opportunity to interview with a partner company
