Massage Therapy
Experience a therapeutic and relaxing massage designed to restore balance to both body and mind. This customized treatment blends gentle, flowing strokes with targeted techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
Slow, intentional pressure allows muscles to soften naturally, promoting flexibility and reducing discomfort. As your breathing deepens and your body relaxes, mental clarity improves and stress begins to fade.
Ideal for anyone seeking relief from daily tension, muscle fatigue, or emotional stress, a massage leaves you feeling refreshed, restored, and reconnected—both physically and mentally.
Your session could include the following treatment modalities:
Relaxation (Swedish): Swedish massage is a, gentle, therapeutic technique designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension through long, flowing strokes, kneading, and light-to-moderate pressure. (Also known as classical or relaxation massage.)
Deep Tissue: Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique using slow, firm strokes and direct pressure to release chronic muscle tension, knots, and adhesions in the deepest layers of muscle and fascia. It is highly effective for reducing pain, improving mobility, and aiding recovery from injuries.
Myofascial Release: Myofascial release (MFR) is a specialized, hands-on therapy targeting the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and reduce tension. Unlike traditional massage, MFR uses sustained, gentle pressure and stretching on specific, rigid "knots" to loosen adhesions and improve range of motion, often treating chronic pain, headaches, and sports injuries.
Craniosacral Therapy: CST focuses on the gentle placement of hands to help release tension in your body’s connective tissue. This is known as “fascia” (pronounced “fash-ee-uh”). It’s a casing found throughout your body that holds your organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. The fascia forms a body-wide connective tissue network. The human body is interconnected, both structurally and functionally. This means that one area of your body can affect another. The goal of CST is tension relief through releasing fascial restrictions and promoting the body's innate ability to self regulate, correct, and heal.
Mental Health Therapy (Psychotherapy)
A psychotherapy session offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with the support of a trained professional. In this calm and non-judgmental environment, you are invited to speak openly about challenges, patterns, or concerns that may be affecting your well-being.
Each session is guided by your individual needs and goals. Together, you and your therapist work to better understand emotional triggers, relationship dynamics, stressors, or past experiences that shape your present life. Through thoughtful conversation, reflective listening, and evidence-based techniques, psychotherapy helps increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful change.
Sessions may focus on managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or personal growth. You will be encouraged to develop healthier perspectives, improve communication, and build resilience at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
Over time, psychotherapy can lead to deeper insight, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of empowerment—helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
Your session may include:
Cognitive, behavioral, emotional, or relational interventions
Therapeutic elements of the polyvagal theory and Non-Violent Communication
Trauma-informed, strengths-based, or insight-oriented techniques
Psychoeducation and skills development
An integrated body mind experience (pending)
