Where should I go for my role-specific professional learning session? Please navigate to your role-specific agenda (linked on the subpage for your Professional Learning date) to ensure you go to the correct location for your professional learning session.
How do I get reimbursed for my travel (if applicable)? Please see the "Travel" page (link) for instructions for submitting reimbursement requests for mileage. You must sign in to the LMS to record your attendance in order for MPS to process your reimbursement request.
What do I need to bring to my professional learning session? ALL STAFF need to bring their device/laptop and headphones when traveling to a different site.
How do I ensure I get credit for attending my professional learning session? ALL STAFF must sign in at your professional learning site/school to receive credit for attendance. You will sign in to the LMS using a link and/or QR code posted at your location.
I am having trouble with the Learning Management System (LMS), what should I do? Please visit the Learning Management System (LMS) website (Link) if you have challenges with the system. If you need any assistance with upcoming professional development, please complete the following form so we can assist you.
Can I request an accommodation? Please complete this form if you need accommodations. If you need any assistance with upcoming professional development, please complete the following form at least 48 hours in advance of the professional development session so we can assist you.

Staff who are doing virtual PD will be in their classrooms or assigned location. Staff should follow the MPS virtual expectations (camera on, microphone off, use chat / hand raise feature) for virtual trainings.
Teachers who are in-person must be at the site before the session start time. Sites are open 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
Participate actively in all learning activities, discussions, and collaborative work.
Provide feedback when requested to support the continuous improvement of professional learning.
