New Training Opportunity
This day long training shows how shifting from punitive responses to proactive and restorative methods can build a more supportive community. We will dig into the foundations of accountability and equip you with the skills to effectively prepare for, facilitate, and reflect on problem-solving circles.
Completion of the RP proactive training, days 1, 2, & 3, is required to attend.

This workshop will provide a comprehensive exploration of racial justice and equity, offering a unique lens through which we can cultivate stronger relationships and become effective restorative practitioners. This day-long training will focus on cultivating a restorative mindset and fostering a restorative environment by moving participants through four circles: restorative self reflection and regulation, the social discipline window through a restorative lens, restorative communication and fostering a restorative environment. Participants will leave this training with a deeper understanding of navigating bias and privilege, embracing shared power and accountability and effective restorative communication skills, as well as restorative strategies to bring back to their school sites.
