Hello MHSA Families!  This is your one-stop location to sign-up for VIRTUAL parent teacher conferences with each of your student's teachers.  You must sign-up for conferences in advance for virtual conferences ONLY.  Department (English, math, science, etc.) are listed in alphabetical order and all teachers are listed by their department.

About MHSA's Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences

When: Tuesday March 14th (virtual) and Wednesday March 15th (in-person)

About:  Conferences on Tuesday night (14th) are all VIRTUAL and sign-up is required in advance.  Conferences on Wednesday night (15th) are IN-PERSON at MHSA and do not require advance sign-up.

Where: Virtual via Google Meet (Tuesday 3/14) and In-Person at MHSA (Wednesday 3/15)

How: For virtual conferences, you can sign up for a time slot to meet with a teacher via the links below.  Once you complete the sign-up, you will receive a calendar invitation on the calendar of the e-mail you provided.  An event will be created on the calendar of the e-mail you used to sign up that includes the link for the meeting.  Once you sign up for your conferences, you can go to your calendar in your e-mail and see your appointment events on March 14th.

Your calendar event will include the following items:

• Date and time of the conference

• Teacher's name

• The meeting link for your conference

**Please understand that the scheduled times are in 10 minute intervals and all staff must keep to the 10 minute timeframe that you are scheduled to meet.**
