Early School Arrival Program (esap)
ESAP helps students transition Monday through Friday to the school day with various activities - including sports, seasonal arts, reading, puzzles, and games. ESAP registration is for 5 days a week attendance.
ESAP OPERATING HOURS:
GLOVER & TUCKER: 7 AM - 8:50 AM
COLLICOT & CUNNINGHAM: 7 AM-8:20 AM
Please note there is no nurse available during ESAP. Students with emergency medication such as Epi- pen/Inhalers MUST be given to the ESAP Supervisor in advance along with the Consent to Administer Medication Form . Our staff is not allowed to administer medications except for inhalers and epi-pens
Parents MUST escort their children into the ESAP program and check in; they cannot be dropped off outside of the building
2024-2025 TUITION RATES
Community Schools is committed to continuing to offer a quality enrichment program and a safe environment for everyone. Please understand the safety of your child is our first concern. Please note that when finalizing a registration for our programs, you are reserving a spot. There are no refunds or credits for days not used, or carry-over of days not used from week to week or month to month.
We are happy to announce tuition rates for 2024-25
ESAP annual tuition rates:
5 Days/week (M-F), $1,050.00 per child divided into 10 payments
3 Days/week (M,W,F), $630 per child divided into 10 payments
2 Days/week (T,TH), $420 per child divided into 10 payments
The first child pays full tuition, additional siblings receive a discount of 30% on the tuition rate (Please see chart below)
DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE AT REGISTRATION:
A deposit (payment 1 of 10) is required to finalize a enrollment and it is non-refundable after the date given. Payments 2 to 10 are due on the 1st of each month September through May.
The $25.00 administration fee to submit an interest questionnaire
is refundable if we are unable to accommodate your child/ren
ESAP Tuition is computed based on 10 months of full school year participation (180 days). Monthly payments do not reflect the number of days in a given month, but 1/10 of the total tuition.
Accounts must be up to date prior to registering in order to accept any new registrations

Payment Options:
The initial deposit is required at registration to reserve a spot (online payment option only). The remaining balance will be invoiced through our payment processor My School Bucks. Your total balance may be paid in full or in nine scheduled payments due on the first of each month Sept-May (online or money order/check payment)
ONLINE: Additional fees will not apply to your Community Schools tuition payments.
MONEY ORDER/CHECK: Payable to Milton Community Schools. 44 Edge Hill rd Milton, MA 02186. Please make sure your payment is received by the due date to avoid late payment fees and cancellations. A $30.00 fee will be charged to any returned checks.
Tuition Assistance: Milton Community Schools is self-supporting and does not receive funds from Milton Public Schools or grants from state or federal government. Tuition assistance is made possible by families who have paid full tuition.
An amount of assistance is set aside each year and distributed in advance of the school year among qualified applicants according to income eligibility. If you need assistance, please email MCS Director msandoval@miltonps.org to request an application. Application deadline is Friday, May 17.
Most of the available Tuition Assistance is distributed in early September. Late applications will be considered if funds remain.
