To help you prepare for the exciting journey ahead, we have compiled your New Student Admissions Pack below. This digital folder contains all the essential documentation required to finalize your enrollment, including:
Penelope Ann Uniform Price List: For your day-to-day school wear requirements.
Hargreaves Uniform Order Form: To ensure your student is fully equipped with our specialized kit.
Free School Meals Application Form: To check eligibility and ensure your child receives their nutritional entitlements.
Pupil Registration Form: Our primary method of collecting vital contact and medical information.
Please take a moment to review and complete these documents to ensure a seamless start to the new academic year.

We need you to provide, as a matter of urgency:
Your Relationship with the student (i.e. Mum, Dad, Grandparent etc.)
Home Address
Telephone Number
Long term medical conditions (i.e. Asthma, alergies, etc.)
You can also add things like medication consents, modes of transport to school, photography / video consent, amongst others as you go.
