Schoology offers teachers and students multiple avenues for collaboration, communication, assessment, assignment submission and discussion boards. Parents/Guardians will be able to view assignments, discussions, completed assessments, calendar updates, or other content that is shared by their child's teachers. How do I log in to Schoology?


  1. If you have previously created an account in Schoology, you do not have to do anything! Your login information remains the same and you will still be connected to your child(ren).

  2. Parents can navigate to https://app.schoology.com/login?school=133891591 and select "Forgot Password?" to receive log in information. You must use the same email that is listed in Skyward Family Access to receive the Schoology information. This link is active for 24 hours.

  3. If you have not created an account by the end of August, you will receive an email from Schoology containing a link and directions for logging in to Schoology. Follow the instructions to sign up and connect your account to your child(ren).

  4. If you did not receive an email, please contact the Tech Department at 608-868-9570 for help logging in.


I have forgotten the password for my parent account? How do I reset my password?

I have created my account in Schoology. What next?

  1. Take a Tour! The first time you log in to Schoology, there will be popup window inviting you take a tour of Schoology's features.

Can I be sent a daily digest of all my child(ren)'s activity, including overdue assignments?

  1. Yes! Follow these instructions to receive a daily digest of activity.

  2. Click the arrow at the top right while logged into Schoology.

  3. Select a child from the list that appears in the drop-down menu.

  4. Once you're viewing the child's account, click the downfacing arrow again.

  5. Select Settings.

  6. From the Notifications tab, you can elect to receive one or both of two email summaries:

      • To receive the Parent Email Digest, select On in your Email Summary menu.
        You can receive emails on a
        Daily or Weekly basis. If you choose Daily, you may set a time at which the notification will be sent to your inbox. If you choose Weekly, you'll have an additional option to select the day of the week you'd like to receive the email.

      • To receive the Overdue Submissions Email, select On in the Email Notification menu.

  1. Click Save Changes to update your settings.



I'm not getting the daily email summaries. What could be happening?

To make sure you receive emails, check that your email address is verified to receive emails from Schoology.

  1. Click the arrow at the top right while logged in to Schoology.

  2. Select your (parent) account from the list that appears in the dropdown.

  3. Once you're in your account, click the arrow again and select Account Settings.

  4. If you haven't yet verified your primary email address, you'll see a message to Resend verification email. Check the box next to the message and Save Changes.

  5. Once you receive the verification email, click the link provided in the email to verify your email address.
