Accommodations are set by the SPED department and can only be added if it is documented in a students IEP.  Modifications can be set  by the teacher under the student preferences.

MRUUSD administration has agreed to allow all students to have extended time (modification).   This is not to be confused with unlimited time (Accommodation), that needs to be documented in a student's IEP for it to be allowed to be enabled for a student.

There is no simple way to set extended time for all students at the district level, so teachers are responsible for enabling that setting for their students. 

For progress monitoring purposes teachers can administer the Star360 test ouside the assessment window.
