Camp Registration
How to Register for Camp
Sessions 3, 4, and 5 July 8-26, are waitlisted
All families must complete a camp registration form for this summer. Please complete one form for each child you are enrolling in camp. Please click the link below to register for camp:
If your child is currently registered at an after school program, you must still register your child or children for camp. But please do not duplicate your parent account. You can add the new camp registration(s) under your current email and log in for ProCare.
Commonly missed information that prevents registrations from processing:
Not listing both parents and guardians
Not listing 2 emergency contacts/authorized pick ups that are not parents (2 "emergency contacts" are required by licensing). The form will not let us edit the name of the "Authorized Pick Up" field. Please provide 2 contacts (people we can call if we need help finding you, or to ask a question), and then answer the drop down on if they are also authorized pick ups (essentially the same as an emergency contact, and can sign the child out of program for you).
Listing a parent or guardian as an emergency contact/authorized pick up (emergency contacts must be 2 people other than parents/guardians)
Not selecting the authorization to allow us to request immunization records from the school nurse, and then not uploading the immunization records yourself.
Once you submit your registration form, you will not be able to edit it. You can reach out to Theresa Serr tserr@millriverschools.org or Shannon Phillips saphillips@millriverschools.org if you need assistance.
Once you have completed your registration (one form per child), we will review and approve your child's registration, pending available space. Once approved, you will receive an email from ProCare, our software program, with instructions on how to either link or complete your account and finish the registration process. Please check your email and complete this process as soon as possible, to secure your child's spot at camp.

We are using ProCare, an online registration and billing program, for camp.

What Can I See on the App?
Once you download the Procare mobile app, you can stay up to date on your child’s daily activities, milestones, and more! We can send you photos and videos of your child, as well as keep you in the loop on upcoming events and time-sensitive information.
The app also offers several “contactless” ways to check your child in and out. This helps us limit in-person interactions and unnecessary foot traffic in the center so we can better ensure the health and wellbeing of you, your children and our staff.
How do I get the app?
You will receive an email from Procare with a unique 10-digit code and instructions on how to download and log into the the app.
Portfolio
We can now create a portfolio containing pictures taken throughout the day. These pictures will be available for you to download, share, print or link to Facebook.
