Our staff: We made up of retired and current teachers, as well as para professionals from the school and community members. They bring a vast variety of knowledge and skills that they share through workshops in our program. Each month a calendar of activities will be provided to families and students. There will be workshops targeted towards a grade range as well as mixed age group activities. (see the Calendar and schedule below.)
***Your registration form will not be accepted if there are not 2 Authorized pick up/Emergency contacts listed. The State of Vermont requires a minimum of 2. Parents/guardians cannot be emergency contacts.***
It is very important that you review and respond to emails from staff and ProCare to ensure that your registrations and accounts are set up prior to your child's first day of attending program.
Wallingford Before/Afterschool Registration School Year 25/26
Financial Information
Afterschool programs no longer have a pro-rated, or daily rate.
Families must choose one of three enrollment options upon registration.
Families utilizing child care financial assistance will need to select a plan, but will not be billed.
Wallingford's before school program is $5.00 per day.
2 week advance notice required for plan change; families can change their plans as often as needed.
Fees are due by the 15th of each month for that month.
If a child attends more than the maximum number of plan days, a charge will be added to the next month's fees equal to the next plan rate. Extra days attended will not be prorated.
There is no attendance/participation without a plan.
Payment is online only, with a checking account, debit, or credit card. Please do not drop payment off at the program site or the school office.
