ATTENTION SENIOR CLASS OF 2026:

All Millis High School seniors interested in applying for scholarships must fill out the General Application.   Seniors who complete the General Application will automatically be considered for scholarships chosen by our Scholarship Committee. 

Seniors who wish to apply for our local scholarships must FIRST FILL OUT THE GENERAL APPLICATION, then click on the appropriate links below and complete any supplements required for the specific awards. 

Please Note: All applications are completed in Google Forms. To access the application forms you must be logged into your Millis Google Account. When completing each application please follow the steps listed below: 

1. Click on the appropriate scholarship link listed below. 

2. Type your response to each question and CLICK SUBMIT at the bottom of the form. 

3. If you start the application and you need to return to the application at a later time, CLICK SUBMIT at the bottom of the form in order to SAVE your work. If you do not hit submit your work will not save.

4. To return to the application click on the original scholarship link listed below and select "Edit your response". Remember to Click Submit once you complete the form. 

**We recommend typing supplemental essays into a Google Doc and then copying/pasting into the Google Form to allow for spell check and to ensure work is saved**

Please Note: All General Applications and Supplements are due no later than midnight on 

Sunday, April 26, 2026.  No late applications will be accepted.
