As your dedicated travel advisor, we specialize in curating unforgettable travel experiences tailored to your unique interests, budget, and style. From dream vacations and honeymoons to multi-stop itineraries and international adventures, we take the guesswork out of planning so you can enjoy a stress-free journey from start to finish. 

Each client will pay two fees:

1. Discovery Fee ($79).  An initial fee to cover introductory conversations, along with personalized quotes and itineraries.  First time clients may be eligible for a $39 fee.  This charge is deducted from the full service fee, if you wish to move forward with booking.

2. Service Fee ($499). This covers all planning, research, booking, communication, changes, Q&As, expert guidance, and many of your other travel needs.  All trips will receive a printed Travel Pack as well!  Discovery fees are deducted from this overall service charge, paying $499 in total for your trip from start to finish.

Why We Charge a Travel Planning Fee for Complex Bookings

For more intricate travel plans—such as multi-city itineraries, international travel, group trips, or customized experiences—Miller Travel Solutions charges a travel service fee. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and research involved in creating a personalized, high-touch itinerary that aligns with your goals and ensures every detail is thoughtfully handled.

Think of it as an investment in your peace of mind.

Hotel Only:  $0

If you know your exact location, dates, and preferred accommodations, we'll book it free of charge, saving you between 10%-15% each time.  This is meant for individuals only and not for larger businesses.  Great options for sports families traveling to out-of-town tournaments or for those who have particular properties they wish to visit.

Cruise Only:  $199

Cruises are our specialty!  We can help you book a cruise with shore excursions and save you up to 30% on the retail value.

Referral Discounts:  50% Off

Bring us a new client who books with us and receive a 50% discount on your next service fee (once the discovery fee is applied).  This saves you approximately $200 on your next expert booking for you or your family!

Business Travel Solutions on Retainer

For businesses with ongoing travel needs, we offer customized planning on a monthly retainer basis. This allows your team to access dedicated support, streamlined booking, and expert itinerary management—without the hassle of starting from scratch each time.

Our tiered plans are designed to fit the needs of your individual organization and what you need.

Essential:  $999/month or $9,999/annually.

You have so many decisions and details on your plate as you plan for a wedding.  If you can delegate all that goes into travel organization for you and your family for various events, do it!  We can take on some, or all, of your travel logistics.  

We are not wedding planners, rather travel advisors who can take on all of the travel-related needs for your big day and the events surrounding it.

Service Fee:  Individual Booking Fees or Monthly Retainer.

Depending on the size and level of need for your organization, we have two different modalities to assist you with your booking needs:

Individual Booking Fees:  $59/each booking

We will establish room blocks for your players and their families.  Going through us not only provides you discounted rates, but can also gain loyalty points to certain hotel chains that your organization can use for coaches and other staff.  

We can also handle the communication to send out details to families or provide reporting to you for each group booking.

If you need to arrange travel for staff or coaches, we can book that too, individually, under this fee structure.

Monthly Rate:  $999/month for Essential plan

Based upon how many bookings you need each month, there is a plan for you.  Please refer to the Business drop down to see each of these in detail.  The most popular for small-to-medium sports organizations is the "Essential" plan which includes the following for just $999 a month.  You do not need to lock into a year, unless there is a need, and can partner during the busy times of your sports season.

Our travel service fee reflects the high level of coordination and support needed to deliver an enriching experience for everyone involved. It allows us to provide:

Percentage Based Planning Rates

Based on group size:  

• 9-19 people, 2% fee based on total trip value

• 20-50 people, 3% fee based on total trip value

• 51-100 people, 4% fee based on total trip value

• 101+ people, 5% fee based on trip total

If your educational trip requires a trusted advisor to accompany and/or lead you on your trip, please find the following rates:

• 1-5 days, $500 + trip expenses

• 5-10 days, $1,000 + trip expenses
