By charging upfront for our services, we can focus fully on what matters: building the best possible travel experience for you, without bias toward commissions or specific vendors. This allows us to work in your best interest, streamline communication, and give your trip the time and attention it deserves from the very beginning.
Our discovery fee is low to prevent additional barriers, but also in place to protect our time and the personalized effort we expend for your trip. For anyone who works with us, this is credited back anyway! Planning trips often takes quite a bit of research, time, energy, follow up, and adjustments, all of which are factored into our service fees. Think about all the time you are saving by having an expert take care of it for you. Also consider the lower rates we have access to more than make up for the fee that is applied to this value-based service.

DISCOVERY & SERVICE
Personalized Travel Planning, Simplified
Personalized Travel Planning, Simplified
Discovery Fee ($79). Covers introductory conversations, along with personalized quotes and itineraries. First time clients will receive a $40 discount. 90 minute discovery sessions allow us to learn about your goals and preferences and to begin initial research on your behalf. This charge will be waived, if you wish to move forward with us (see #2 below).
Service Fee ($499). This includes all planning, research, booking, communication, changes, Q&A, expert guidance, and other travel needs from start to finish. Every trip also comes with a printed Travel Pack to keep all your important details organized and at your fingertips. Any Discovery Fee paid is applied toward the overall service charge, for a total of $499 for your trip from start to finish.
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS
Hotel Only: $0 (free!)
If you know your exact location, dates, and preferred accommodations, we'll book it free of charge, saving you between 10%-15% each time. This is meant for individuals only and not for larger businesses. A great option for sports families traveling to out-of-town tournaments or for those who have particular properties they wish to visit.
Cruise Only: $199
Cruises are our specialty! We can help you book a cruise with shore excursions and save you up to 30% on the retail value.
Referral Discounts: 50% Off
Bring us a new client who books with us and receive a 50% discount on your next service fee (once the discovery fee is applied). This saves you up to $210 on your next expert booking for you or your family!

We are not wedding planners, rather expert advisors who can take on all of the travel-related needs for your big day and the events surrounding it.

We can assist with finding a destination, coordinating of flights/cars, securing accommodations, and booking activities.
Out of Town Guest Support: $249
Make travel easier for BOTH you AND your wedding guests by offering them our travel planning services.
This helps to eliminate the extra questions and preparation placed upon you, so that you and your fiance can focus on your wedding.
We can arrange flights, ground transportation, room blocks, and more, while also helping guests discover fun activities to enjoy when they’re not celebrating with you.
We’ll keep everything organized and provide you with a detailed overview of your guests’ travel plans, giving you peace of mind and making it easier to stay informed throughout the process.

Honeymoon, $499
Honeymoons are exciting, but they’re also one more thing to plan during an already busy time. Meet with us to share your vision, and we’ll take care of the details from there—so you can focus on your wedding and look forward to enjoying a truly unforgettable honeymoon.
Destination Wedding, $499
Planning a destination wedding? Let us take care of the travel details for you and your guests. From finding the perfect accommodations and arranging transportation to recommending activities and experiences, we’ll help make getting there—and enjoying the destination—seamless and stress-free. You focus on the celebration; we’ll handle the travel.
Wedding Package Bundle, $899 (saves up to $746!)
Depending on the size and type of your wedding, you can purchase services individually. However, if you want to bundle, you can get all of the above for nearly half the price!

Depending on the size and level of need for your organization, we have two different modalities to assist you with your booking needs:

We will establish room blocks for your players and their families. Going through us not only provides you discounted rates, but can also gain loyalty points to certain hotel chains that your organization can use for coaches and other staff.
We can also handle the communication to send out details to families or provide reporting to you for each group booking.
If you need to arrange travel for staff or coaches, we can book that too, individually, under this fee structure.
Monthly Rate: $999/month for Essential plan
Based upon how many bookings you need each month, there is a plan for you. The most popular for small-to-medium sports organizations is the "Essential" plan which includes the following for just $999 a month. You do not need to lock into a year, unless there is a need, and can partner during the busy times of your sports season.

Payment:
After a conversation about your needs and procedures, we can best determine the payment process. It is flexible for participants to pay our company directly, or it can go through your school for reporting purposes.
