How to use these resources
Phase 1 is designed as a series of stand alone units.
There is no need to do them in order as vocab is specific to that particular unit and doesn't join up with any other units.
It is for pupils to do as a self-study or with minimal support if you have little or no Gaelic or Spanish.
All sound files and links are imbedded already.
All answers are provided.
The google quiz self marks and can be used as formative assessment.
So what do you need to do?
Create a google classroom or use one you already have
Create copies of the pupil answer sheet and google quiz and share it with your pupils
Add the interactive vocab sheet/book and activity slides
Print copies of the worksheets and vocab sheet/book
Let them get on with it!
If you do have a bit of Gaelic or Spanish there are some modifications you can make:
You can speak the listening exercises yourself (there is a listening transcript for each topic)
You can introduce the vocab yourself using the teaching slides
