Members must notify club presidents/dance leaders at least the day in advance if they will be absent for a practice. This does not apply to cases that are clearly out of the member’s control. Each member gets three strikes, and will be removed from the dance if strike count is exceeded. 

Once members enter a cover, they are expected to remain in the cover up to its performance. This means no leaving the dance last minute! Before committing to a performance, please consider your schedule and the time and effort you are willing to put into the project. Again, situations that are clearly out of the member’s control will be accepted. 

All members are expected to respect the club presidents, each other, and themselves. Once club presidents make decisions, they are final. All decisions will be made according to the club and the members’ best interests. Every member must work together and contribute equally in a respectful and considerate manner.
