DIGITIZATION & COORDINATION - Modeling your project in 3D, we uncover coordination issues between architectural & structural drawings before they become costly issues for you in the field.

DETAILING - We coordinate our model with your standard details and openings, ensuring an accurate Digital Twin.

SHOP DRAWINGS - Not only a chance for you to review the model in a familiar format, each panel drawing comes with cut lists for accurate field production.

BILLS OF MATERIALS - Hyper-accurate BOM's created by the Digital Twin instill confidence in lumber purchasing.

PREMARKED & PRECUT PLATE - Framing layout & detailing information, downloaded from the model, is digitally printed onto your top & bottom plates before being cut to size.

PREASSEMBLED COMPONENTS - Window & Door Opening Components, T's and C's, Studpacks, and Headers all precut, labeled, and and assembled for quicker field production.

BUNDLING & SHIPPING - Plates and assemblies are bundled by unit, in the order in which you will use them, and shipped to the jobsite just-in-time.

Partners John Hunter and Bill Millen founded MillBuilt to solve the issues of waste, labor availability, and production quality for multiunit wood framers in the Texas market and beyond.

John currently currently owns and operates MultiLevel Framing (www.multilevelframing.com) in Austin TX. He has realized that a pre-cut and marked component facility is desperately needed in this market due to the declining skilled labor base and the need to increase efficiencies on the job site. John serves as head of operations for MillBuilt in Texas.

Bill Millen holds a B.S. in Construction Management and has broad experience in commercial and multi-family residential construction and development. Bill serves as head of digital design.

We use the Estiframe EasyFrame Automated Plate-Marking Saw to bring the accuracy of our 3D models to your jobsite.
