February 2026
MHS Families,
As January wrapped up, we successfully concluded the administration of the January Regents exams and midterm exams. Thank you to our students and staff for their hard work and dedication during this important time!
The second semester officially began on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. With the start of a new term, we are excited to continue building on our accomplishments and creating new opportunities for growth and success. Let’s make the second half of the school year one to remember!
Please note: Please be advised that the Parent Portal for the High School only will be undergoing system updates beginning Monday, February 9, through the end of Quarter 3 on April 21st. During this time, grade displays in the portal may not reflect the most current grades.
There is no cause for concern. If you have questions about your child’s progress, we encourage you to reach out directly to your child’s classroom teacher(s), who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.
Here’s to a fantastic second semester full of learning, growth, and memorable experiences!
Eric T. Seipp
Principal

Congratulations to senior student athlete CC Grey who will be playing volleyball and softball at Hilbert College next year! Playing at the collegiate level is no small accomplishment. It represents years of dedication, discipline, and sacrifice - early mornings, long practices, time management, and a commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom. CC has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a true student-athlete.
Also, congratulations to the people who helped make this possible, including but not limited to: her family, coaches, teachers, and teammates whose support, guidance, and belief have played such an important role along the way. Success like this is never achieved alone.
CC, we are incredibly proud of you, not just for where you’re going, but for who you are. You represent our school with character, humility, and determination, and we know you will do the same at the next level.
Congratulations on this well-earned achievement!
Millbrook High School Environmental Club would like to promote the NexTrex recycling challenge. We are looking for support from the school community to collect the following plastic packaging materials.
These items can be dropped off at the yellow recycling containers located at the front doors of all the MCSD school buildings.
Here is a brief video explaining the program below.
Here is a quick 2:50 video on the program.
Thank you in advance for helping us to help our community and appreciate all the donations we can get.
