• October 6th - Informational meeting  

• November 1st- Behavior and Academic Expectations Form 

• November 1st- Optional Nurse/Doctor Chaperone Form due

• November 1st - Optional Scholarship Form due

• January 12th - Partner and Rooming Form  due

• March 2nd - Medical Form due

• March TBD - Student-only meeting to review student expectations, what to bring (e.g., clothing, total spending money).

• April 27th - A list of all student partners, their roommates, their buses, and their chaperones, will be posted in the Stacy Middle School Bus Loop.  Traditionally, this information has been posted a week prior to the trip.

• April 12th - Leave Stacy Middle School for Washington, DC!
