Definition of Transcript: An official document that provides an inventory of courses and grades earned by a student throughout their academic career.

Early College transcripts come from either Framingham State or Mass Bay CC. You may need a transcript from both if you have taken Early College classes at both schools and you will need your student issued ID # from both MassBay and FSU. We can help identify where you need a transcript from if you do not know. You will need to pay a small fee from each school to have your official transcript sent to your chosen college/university. Specific instructions are detailed below. Please note you may type in all 0000's if it asks for the last 4 numbers of your social security #.

Please see your Early College Coach in B61 or guidance counselor with any transcript questions and we will be happy to assist.
A few important transcript notes.
Parchment asks for your email - you may use any email, but please consider that you will lose your MHS email after you graduate so you may want to enter a personal email.
You do not need to share your Social Security # - you may fill in all 0000's if asked.
Your FSU ID # is required. If you need help finding your ID please let me know.
