The Live Oaks Library Media Center Learning Commons features two rooms for book selection and student-centered learning activities. Our Fiction room offers books for all ages, from Pre-K through grade 5, along with hands-on materials designed for younger learners. This room also includes a dedicated area for class read-alouds, information literacy lessons, and collaborative learning experiences. Our Nonfiction room boasts a wide selection of books covering various topics, such as science, sports, and biographies. Additionally, our makerspace area provides materials for literacy extension activities and STEM-based learning.
