Family PTO Membership Form

Help us support the JFK community by becoming a PTO member!  Your support will help us continue our mission of supporting JFK families and staff. 


We welcome and encourage EVERYONE to join the JFK PTO - parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers, staff etc - anyone interested in supporting education for JFK students. 


Membership benefits include - access to our private members-only PTO Facebook group, a voice and vote in monthly PTO meetings,  inclusion on our email correspondence regarding important upcoming events and/or reminders and so much more!  


Note - PTO members are not required to attend meetings or volunteer - it is just way to show your support for our school community.


Complete the form below to become a PTO member this year.
