Who We Are:
We exist to provide a friendly, quick, and simple first time guest check-In experience! We are the first to say hello!
How We Do This:
We attend the Volunteer Rally at 6:15 PM.
We utilize bistro tables as a connecting point.
We have students use their phones or a volunteer phone to scan a QR code to gather Information.
We double check their First Time Guest Form for any missing Information.
We give each First Time Guest Student a wristband.
Expectations:
Each team member is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM, attend the volunteer rally, and tear down the First Time Guest area after check-In is complete. Each volunteer will communicate any questions or concerns with their team lead. This team serves from 6:30-8:30 PM.
Who We Are:
We exist to be a familiar friendly face! We give the gift of remembering students names!
How We Do This:
We attend Volunteer Rally at 6:15 PM.
We ask students their first and last names and check them in using handheld IPads.
We give each student an Elevate stamp.
We work hard to remember students' names.
We leave one check-In station manned until 7:20 PM.
We smile at every student who checks In.
We huddle at the end of check-In
Expectations:
Each team member is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and attend the volunteer rally. This team focuses on ensuring every student that comes through our doors has been checked-In. This team also has a high priority on being prompt, since we have a large crowd at 6:30 PM. This team has a post-serving huddle around 7:20 PM. Check-In team Is responsible for tearing down and putting away stanchions and I-pads at the end of check-In. Serve time Is from 6:30-8:30PM.

How We Do This:
We attend Volunteer Rally at 6:15 PM
We search for students alone and help them find a friend.
We connect students of similar hobbies or from the same school to each other.
We stand facing the check-In/first time guest areas.
We use our discernment to create genuine connections between people.
We help give students their next step to being plugged In (small groups, camps, retreats, etc.)
We get students names, phone number, and school and sit with them In service or find a friend for them to sit with.
We communicate well with the first time guests with any new students that arrive.

This team Is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and attend the volunteer rally. Volunteers are encouraged to communicate questions or concerns with thier Team Lead. The Connections team serves from 6:30 PM until 8:30PM.

We exist to create an environment that Is exciting for students! At Elevate we know how to have fun!
How We Do This:
We attend the Volunteer Rally at 6:15PM.
We have a presence In the game zone to ensure safety while helping students rotate between games.
We Interact with students and even play with them.
We use a counter at the door to allow 60 students In the game zone.
We rotate students every 7 minutes to allow more students to access the game zone.
Expectations:
The games team Is expected to arrive at 6:00PM and communicate any questions and concerns with their Team Lead.This team focuses on student Interactions while playing games. The games team encourages fair play and rotation In order for all students to have the best time In the game zone. The games zone Is allowed Pre and Post service (6:30-8:30).
Who We Are
We exist to carefully watch over our students to provide a safe environment. When we see something, we say something and do something!
How We Do This
We provide extra eyes on students and their behaviors that may seem out of the norm.
We station ourselves In "weak" points of our campus.
We Interact with students In a friendly way.
We kindly and firmly ask students to make adjustments In behavior as seen fit.
We make sure all extra rooms or doors are secured before service begins.
We ensure all adults are check In and have a volunteer sticker.
We use headsets and radios to effectively communicate to armed officers and other safety team members.

This team Is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and communicate any questions and concerns with their Team Lead. This team focuses on ensuring every student that comes through our doors has been checked-In. This team also has a high priority on being prompt, since we a large crowd of students at 6:30PM. This team stays until students have been picked up or have left the premises.

We exist to capture students' special moments with friends and God. We are contributors, not consumers!
How We Do This
Wwe work hard to capture the heart response of students to God's presence.
We create an engaging online presence of the heartbeat of Elevate.
We focus on students In friend groups.
We Innovate and try new things to create life-giving digital experiences.
We look for students representing different backgrounds, ethnicities, grade levels, and more. Heaven will be diverse, so our photos should be as well.
We observe and capture how students respond during the worship and the message.
We throroughly review our shot list with our Team Lead each week. Every week something new may be added, especially for special events.
We ask for feedback on our photos, videos, and posts.
We upload our pictures to Google Drive with the approval of our Team Lead.
We work as a team, not as Individuals!
Expectations
This team Is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and attend our volunteer rally. Volunteers are encouraged to communicate any questions or concerns to their Team Lead. This team Is to capture quality photos, videos, or stories of our Wednesday night experiences. For Photography, It Is expected that you own your own camera to be a part of that branch of the Creative Team. The Creative team serves from 6:00-9:00 PM.
Who We Are
We exist to minister to students In their response to the service. We actually care.
How We Do This
We pray with students at the end of service (guys with guys and girls with girls).
We walk students through a salvation prayer.
We lead students through prayers of repentance, forgiveness, and healing.
We encourage students with their next steps (baptism, coming to upcoming camps/retreats, reading their Bible, etc.).
We get the phone number of students we pray with.
We send a follow up text the next day.
We pray 3-5 minutes with a student.
We pray with our eyes open.
We focus on listening, encouraging, and praying.
We report any admissions of self-harm, abuse, or suicidal thoughts to a Pastor.
Expectations
This team Is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and attend the volunteer rally. We encourage volunteers to serve In a pre-service area before joining the prayer team. Volunteers will communicate concerns or any questions with their Team Lead.
Who We Are
We exist to ease the flow of parents on and off the campus. We create an smooth drop off and pick up for parents each week.
How We Do This
We wear orange vests for safety.
We maintain systems set up by staff parking team.
We direct parents on and off the campus.
We smile and wave to create a welcoming environment.
We remain calm In times of heavy traffic flows.
Expectations
This team Is expected to arrive at 6:00 PM and meet with Josh McCaskill on the front porch. Parking team is a preservice and post service volunteer position.
