My experience

Mr. Baeza grew up in Round Rock, Texas where he graduated from Stony Point High School, with an emphasis in Graphic and Web Design. He attended college locally at Austin Community College where he received his Associate of the Arts in Journalism, and attended Texas State University in Round Rock (eat em' up cats!) where he majored in Mass Communication with a minor in Psychology. Throughout his time in college, he kept busy working with a few local Austin businesses and organizations to establish websites and social media to improve image brand and consumer relations. Upon graduation from Texas State, Mr. Baeza started his teaching career in Round Rock ISD teaching 6th-8th Grade Math at Hernandez Middle School. Mr. Baeza then made the transition to Pflugerville ISD in the Summer of 2017 to coach athletics and to teach Tech Apps/CS and 8th Grade Math. In the summer of 2022, Coach Baeza moved his family to Rockdale, and after a year of commuting, he decided to find a new home in Milano ISD to teach and coach! In his spare time, Mr. Baeza enjoys spending time with his wife Briana, his daughter Eloise, as well as family and friends, taking in the local Austin music scene, cooking, reading, and playing music. Recently, Mr. Baeza went back to school and earned his Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governor's University.
