All traders must provide valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and a Risk Assessment before attending the event
If your PLI is currently out of date, you may still apply; however, you cannot trade without valid PLI on the event dates
Furthermore, If you are trading any form of consumable items, you will require a Food Hygiene Certificate
If using gas, a Gas Safety Certificate will also be required
Terms Before the Event
No Refund Policy: Once payment has been made for your trade stand, refunds are not available under any circumstances
Cancellation by Trader: You may cancel your application at any time before payment is made. Please note that cancelling may reduce your chances of being approved for future events
Event Cancellation: In the event that the event is cancelled, trader payments will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund may be offered
Terms During the Event
Payment Deadlines: Payment must be made in full within the timeframe stated on your invoice. Reminders will be sent prior to the deadline
Confirmation of Stand: Your trade space is not guaranteed until full payment has been received. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in your stand being withdrawn
Catering & Bar Traders: All payments must be completed within 7 days after the event
No Glass Policy: This is a NO GLASS event. If you wish to sell glass items, prior permission must be obtained from the event team. Selling glass without permission may result in you being asked to cease trading
Authorised Goods Only: You may only sell items listed in your approved application. The event team reserves the right to request that you stop selling any unlisted items
Generators: Personal generators are not permitted on site
Liability
Mighty Events Ltd & Mighty Dub Fest Ltd accepts no responsibility for any incidents, damage, or loss that occurs within your stand or booth
Traders are fully responsible for the safety, security, and maintenance of their stand at all times
Traders must ensure their stand is set up safely and complies with relevant safety standards and regulations
A risk assessment must be carried out by each trader prior to the event. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur within or around your stand
Banned Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Silly string
Air horns
Stink bombs
Legal highs
Fireworks
Chinese lanterns
Laser pens
Vapes
Tobacco or tobacco-related products
Toy guns including but limited to BB Guns, Air Soft Guns, Water Pellet Guns Paintball Guns
General Terms
Due to livestock in neighbouring fields, all dogs must be kept under control and on a lead where necessary
No one under the age of 18 may attend the event unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over
No open fires are permitted
No vehicle movement is allowed after 10:00 PM
All litter must be placed in bins. Please take your recycling home with you
Enforcement
These rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for everyone. Anyone found to be in breach of these terms may be asked to leave the event immediately
