Mama to the cutest boy on earth, cook, herbalist, forager, and jokester. I love to cook for those I love, including the new mothers I serve- it is one of my greatest joys. Herbal medicine and wild plants always have a place in my home, work, and life. 

I come from a small ethnic group where birth and postpartum are deeply revered, and I am proud to continue my ancestors' legacy through this sacred work that I get to be a part of as a birth keeper.
