Once a sanction has been submitted, you CANNOT change the name, dates, and draw sizes. You will need to contact the Midwest Office if these need changed.
Rules and pricing rules CANNOT be changed after registration has opened.

At minimum, keep your tournament webpage updated with the below information:
Player selection and seeding process
Draw and scoring formats
Relevant information like the date(s), location(s), divisions, etc.
Communication with parents and players leading up to the tournament
FAQs (ex. player selections, split draws, team events, etc.)
FAQs (ex. player selections, split draws, team events, etc.)
Reminder to refresh ranking and rating lists to utilize most recent publication
Reminder when splitting draws:
When you split a draw, each draw needs to be the same format.
Seeding is done after splitting the draw, but before making the draw.
The winners of each draw will not play each other.
