2020 Band Trip!
Dates: May 8-May 9 2020
Friday May 8:
Friday May 8:
- Students arrive at MHS @4:30pm dress in concert black. Students should have eaten BEFORE 4:30. We will not be stopping for food.
- 4:30pm we will load the Blue Bus with ALL needed concert instruments, equipment, music.
- 4:50pm Load the bus, Roll Call will be taken and we leave for Sandusky High School, 2130 Hayes Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870
- 5:50 arrive at Sandusky HS
- 1st period Band will unload first (Warm up is at 6:10). 2nd period Band will unload second and proceed to the cafeteria and wait until 6:30 (at 6:30, 2nd period will be audience members in the auditorium for 1st period)
- 6:35pm, 1st period will perform
- After this performance, both Bands will go back to the cafeteria.
- 7pm 2nd period Band will go warm up (1st period Band will go into the Auditorium and be audience members for the 2nd period band)
- 7:25pm 2nd Period Band’s performance
- After this, we will load up the buses and head back to Midview (call your parents)
- 8:50pm arrive back at Midview and unpack all buses and head home.

- Arrive at MHS @__________ wearing comfortable clothing and your Band Trip T-shirt!
- _______________AM load up the buses and head to Cedar Point!
- Spend the day enjoying rides and more! (ALWAYS GO WITH A BUDDY, NEVER GO ANYWHERE ALONE)
- ______________meet for your 1 time buffet meal
- (check in with your chaperone every 2 hours)
- ______________PM meet at______________for the Trophy Ceremony
- Ride more rides, see more things!
- ______________PM meet at the fountain (outside of the park) stand by your chaperone, once everyone is accounted for, we will load the bus, take Roll Call and head back to Midview (call home for your ride!)

- Payment 1 is due November 1 ($75 for students, $20 for Chaperones)
- Students and Chaperones need to notify Mr. B if you will have a season pass, food plan, etc.
