Uniform

At Beeslack our uniform is ... 

• Black or White Shirt

• Black Jumper or Cardigan (No Large Logo's Please)

• School Tie
  In line with Midlothian's school uniform policy and national guidance about reducing the cost of the school day, ties can be collected free of charge from the School Office or Guidance)

• Black Trousers, Skirt or Long Shorts

• Black Shoes or Trainers
  No Crocs, Sliders or Flip Flops, these pose a Health & Safety issue in our narrow, busy corridors and stairwells. 

We have been promoting this with pupils in recent assemblies and have been very impressed with how receptive they have been. We are seeking your support to ensure that this positive trend continues and is maintained. 

We will make contact with parents/carers if we have ongoing concerns about a pupil's dress code. We are aware that for some pupils there may be genuine reasons why they cannot comply fully with our dress code, which we will always discuss with pupils and families before any necessary concessions are agreed
