Critical Thinking, Planning and Organising and Reviewing and Evaluating.
Independent Research.
What could be helpful?
You should have achieved an A-C in National 5 History, Modern Studies or Geography and English.
An A-C in Higher Modern Studies would be beneficial but is not essential.
Is there an Exam?
There is no formal exam for this course.
Assessment will be ongoing throughout the delivery of the units of work and will be a combination of theoretical and practical activities designed to assess your knowledge and understanding of the course content. 
What comes next?
The NPA in Legal Studies has been developed with the purpose of providing candidates with the basic legal skills and knowledge required for further study and/or employment where a basic understanding of the law may enhance career prospects..
Where can this take me?
This qualification can assist in applications for further study of the Law at either College or University.
This qualification may assist with applications for entry level jobs in the Legal Profession.
