Purchasing a Prom Bid:
Payment must be made IN FULL at the time of purchase. Cash or Check made out to Middletown Board of Education or proof of online payment through PaySchools. Juniors will have the option to pay for themselves and a guest using PaySchools when they log into their account. There is a fee to use this service.
Prom Bids and seating choice will be done during blocks 3 and 4 as well as after school in room 2118 on the following dates:
Tuesday, March 25
Wednesday, March 26
Thursday, March 27
You must bring/complete the following prior to purchasing a bid:
Full Payment - Cash, Check, or proof of online payment through PaySchools.
Completed contract for yourself and your guest, including the out-of-district form for any non-MHSN attendees
Must check to see if you have any fines prior to buying tickets.
Tables will be chosen at the time you purchase your bid
If you know who you would like to sit with, they should come with you and buy their bid at the same time. Tables can be started but it is not guaranteed that no one else will fill in seats at a table unless you all purchase on the same day.
You will not be able to fill in your name at a table if you have not purchased a bid.
Tables will hold no more than 10 students. Tables with less than 8 will be combined.
There will be a catered buffet for dinner at the prom. Please let the advisors know at the time of purchase if there are any dietary or food restrictions that we should be aware of.
Any student who is not attending school because they are on Home Instruction is not permitted to attend the prom.
