Primary health care (pediatrics & adult), behavioral health, women’s health, vision, and dental care are available. Primary Health accepts most insurance including Medicaid and Medicare, and also offers sliding scale fee for uninsured and underinsured. Afterhours Express Care offered for acute illnesses at certain locations. Certified Application Counselors are available to help families apply for Medicaid/Medicare (ext. 1122). WIC offices are available at Middletown & Hamilton locations.

Access Counseling Services was designed with you, the client, in mind.  We give our clients access to the areas most seasoned, clinically qualified therapists.  We offer a diverse range of services that include psychiatric therapy, medication management, play therapy as well as social skills groups, anger management, substance abuse, family therapy, couples and school-based counseling, domestic violence treatment and a wide range of other mental health services.  With no long waiting lists and a client-centered environment, we are sure you will find our services to be exceptional.
