Middle Path Coaching - Terms & Policies

Middle Path Coaching provides coaching and skills education. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Every client signs a written coaching agreement before the first paid session. Payment is taken at booking and is processed by Stripe.

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and your fee moves with you, or is refunded in full. With less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session, the fee is not refunded. Unused prepaid sessions are refunded on request, less any already delivered. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, and this is stated before purchase.

Coaching is for adults 18 and over. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

If we have worked together clinically before: I can't work with you as a coaching client if I have previously been your therapist or counselor in any setting — my own practice, or any agency or clinic where I have worked — regardless of how long ago it was. Please let me know before you book.
