Middleline Parking Management is a management company operating under the rules of the California Vehicle Code. MIDDLELINE works with private companies to analyze parking problems, to formulate a strategic method to administer and or enforce established rules for a fair and organized parking system that we can patrol, to gain, and maintain control over.
Our target client can range from any property management company/individual property owner, managing Home Owner Association (HOA), Condominium Owners Association (COA), residential and or commercial properties, occupied or abandoned.
Many times, businesses do not want to take on this burdening and daunting role of managing and enforcing parking. Retaliation from customers and or tenants (i.e. intimidation) can sometimes play a factor; or they just don’t want to be bothered with this business on their time off from work. MIDDLELINE steps in as the authorized Agent organizing with the towing company and assuming the role as the responsible Agent authorizing the removal of vehicles found in direct violation of an established rule.
Once a vehicle is towed off a property and into the impound lot; the registered owner and or resident(s) can contact us for any questions, concerns and explanation of the rules.
